Course schedules may change with reasonable notice. You may cancel enrolment within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable.

8. Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

While every effort is made to ensure course accuracy, editormapry provides all content on an “as is” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, editormapry’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to use alternative dispute resolution schemes, including the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where relevant, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

12. Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last Updated

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
